This mornings workout was very posterior chain focused, various grip pull ups, BB RDLs, BW lying leg curls, hip mobility, then worked up to a single rep on BB Squats with 275 for Pompeyos contest. It was a great workout and felt good to test my limits on my hips recovery. Steadily making a comeback.

I woke up, took the dogs out, made coffee, said my good mornings to my peoples, currently sipping green tea while getting baked and thinking about what all I want to get accomplished today. Im going to start with stretching because damn are my lats and biceps sore from pull ups. I have bush trimmings that need burnt from the other day, laundry already started into my second load.
Todays workout is going to be delts, traps, and triceps. Have a great Saturday yall, peace.

Got my workout in it was simple with dips, DB OH Press, rear delt and traps with 8lb DBs, DB shrugs, upper back focused BW rows, OH tricep ext with small DBs. Few sets for each muscle group taken to failure or intense pump, stretching between sets, finished with push up position plank for a minute or so to get a little ab work in.
Drinking a protein shake then going back out to work in the yard for the rest of the day.

No workout today, I wanted to run but didn't beat the rain so I just finished laundry and packed my stuff up. Had some pretty hot sex before I left for my work trip. I'll be back in a few days. I'll be hitting hotel workouts in the mornings.
