I definitely caught the elevating estrogen before it got too high, GOOD! The 2 doses of clomid and skipping test until tomorrow has drastically decreased the side effects that were coming on. Since I have to keep my test lower than I originally wanted to I might bump the primo up to .4ml every M-W-Sat rather than the .33ml I was at. This would put me at 120mg of primo weekly instead of 100mg. The LGD is supposed to hold more water I've heard from people's experiences, so far I think it holds true because the past few mornings I've woken up dry looking but my muscles are full so I'm holding it in the right places. This is turning out to be a very enjoyable stack.

Thanks brother, the rest of plan is in head. I realized my dad does the same thing, it's how he built his house from the ground up. He had no blueprints or anything written down, but the whole map of how to get to where he wanted was there the entire time.

They do have LGD-3033 that is as strong or stronger in some aspects but; less prevalent to purchase{for research use only} and it is used quite a bit by athletes; male and females. It works similarly without the water retention.

I was reading about the 3033, it has a much shorter half life as well. I was wanting the water retention, I was hoping it would have mild "deca" like effects on joints. Sadly I haven't noticed a huge difference in joint elasticity, at least not as pronounced as Ostarine made for me. Crazy enough though the Ostarine doesn't hold water on me so the joint health is coming from direct healing and repair of the connective tissue I would assume.

Keep me posted as I am going to do an experiment with one or a combo of YK-11, MK-0773, and SARM 2f. Should be interesting

I’ve been lucky I’ve Mende had a problem with sensitive nipples or anything ysing test not any kind of gyno to speak ok knock on wood and I’ve rarely ever room Aromasin or arimedx on cycle even when used to use high doses of test like 700-900 mg /week course I’ve alway used masteron in all my cycles an it blows me out I guess I was big at once time I was at like 297# at 6”4” Dominos’s a big muther then I hurt my shoulder in laten2000 I had surgery in January of 2011 and I lost down to 246 and sorta stayed that was since I weighed yesterday and I was at 252 my goal is to lose back to 246 I’m still a big MFer as it is burnished tinat 295 i show nuff was huge he’ll slot of people here would kill to be 247 but most are like 5’7” -5’11 makes a difference,I looked like a big ass defensive pro end from the NFL ha ha

Whats the other MK you listed this is new to me as well as the 2F. I was thinking of how or when I want use the YK11 I have on hand. I was thinking perhaps during a cut this spring or early summer.

That is quite large haha. I have no desire to be huge like in the past, just lean with an appreciable amount of muscle to look aesthetic.

Todays workout was shoulders, triceps, and biceps.
Warmed up with lying incline bench DB(8s) Is Ys and Ts failing at x25-30
Cable tricep Pushdowns 3 sets failing around x12-16 superset with BB Hang Cleans 135lb 3 sets x10 with final set a drop set into wide bar cable shrugs max stack plus bands failing at x20-25.
DB(40s) OH Press 2 sets failing around x12-15 final set superset with DB(40s) Hammer Curls 2 sets failing at x8-10
DB(15s) Lateral Raises 2 sets failing at x8-12 last set was a drop set with DB(8s) for another x25-30.
BFR(first set only) OH triceps ext 3 sets failing at x16-18 superset with BFR(first set only) Cable Curls from front position 2 sets failing at x18-22.
I had some great pumps from this workout, post workout pic since I haven't updated it in a while is above.
