Dinner last night was deer steak, liver, and potatoes. I also took 2g turkest extract with grapefruit juice last night and this morning.

Pinned cruise dose of 75mg test subQ and took 15mg Ostarine as well with protein coffee and morning supps, garlic, etc.

Got in some yoga this morning before work, my legs were tight from yesterday. Breakfast was a chicken sausage and egg breakfast burrito with veggies.

I had errands to run after work yesterday so no workout besides building a pool and a few rounds of yoga throughout the day.

I have dropped the turkest extract for the time being. I will finish up 4 weeks of Ostarine Friday, took 15mg this morning along with protein coffee and the usual supps.

We have an oval pool to build today, they require a lot more work than a normal round so today might be a long one. Let's hope all goes well and we can hammer it out, I want to hit arms todays.

It was indeed a longer one yesterday with the oval pool, no workout, did some stretching before bed once I was home.

Pinned cruise dose of 75mg test subQ this morning and also took 15mg Ostarine.

Been doing my usual things, just been not doing well so I'm drained and down. No workouts the past couple days just work. Pinned cruise dose of 75mg test subQ this morning and today is the last day i took 15mg of Ostarine. Going to let things settle a bit and just do test for a bit, then I'm thinking I'll be trying DHB for the first time not set in dosing yet but maybe 20-25mg EOD.

Hit some arms, pull ups, dips, and jumping jacks for a quick session after work.

I wanted to bring what I've discovered over months. I take Seroquel, an antipsychotic used to treat the depressive and manic states of bipolar 1 or 2 disorder. Seroquel works through many pathways in the body but it's large majority is through stabilizing neurotransmitter activity through dopamine and serotonin receptors. It also acts on some histamine receptors which makes it so effective for improving sleep for those who don't sleep due to mania or depressive states keeping them awake at night or anxious. I wanted to explain because at first glance the word antipsychotic sounds harsh.

Onto the discovery, I found that when I combine a decent dose of MK677 around 20-25mg with MY doctor recommended dose of 75mg of Seroquel before bed. I have done this combination for spells of 2-4 days off and on for 8 months so I have a decent amount of anecdotal evidence. I found that this combo delivers a much more pronounced feeling of well being than just Seroquel alone. I think this is because the endogenous release of growth factors and peptides from the MK677 work with the neurotransmitters that are produced from the Seroquel to make or release BDNF or brain derived nuerotrophic factors. I can literally feel the reduction of inflammation in my brain, there's far more clarity, and the depressive and manic symptoms are much less severe. Again this is all anecdotal but I wanted to put it out there for anyone else is a similar boat and because it's a generally interesting hypothesis/discovery. I hope this helps someone.

You ever find the need for soft tissue work? Your job is way more demanding than mine plus the workouts.

I would be a ball of knotted muscle, but I see you do yoga.

I think soft tissue work is incredibly useful and helpful, that said it's a matter of time for me. Yoga and stretching is my go to for staying mobile and not as knotted up, if I had more time I'd do more foam rolling and smashing, voodoo/flossing with bands, etc.

My workouts haven't been nearly as intense or frequent lately because of staying moving most of the day from work.

My workouts are usually more intense since I have an office job. I can afford the intensity. Also, I can find paperwork to complete when I need more recovery. It definitely makes a difference, but diet is definitely the area I struggle with because I do not have the extra calories being burned.

I need to locate a good massage therapist and get back to stretching.
