Band pec flyes low to high
DB OH Press
DB lateral raises
DB Incline pec flyes
Incline bench DB curls
Band Facepulls
DB posterior shoulder flyes
Band Tricep Pushdowns
Incline bench DB OH Tricep ext
Jumping Jacks
DC style stretching after most sets

This mornings workout was cardio, .9mile run in zero soled river shoes. I had to focus on running mid foot to toes vs heel striking.

Todays workout was literally dancing around the house jamming out with dogs for an hour after hitting a yoga session haha.

Today's workout was back, chest, and core with an emphasis on rotational movement of the spine.
Yoga session then rolled into a warm up with jumping jacks and various mobility exercises
1 Arm Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns, last set used Close Neutral Grip Attachment went heavy both arms pulling together
DB Lawnmower Rows pulling across the body L to R and R to L
Push Ups using "perfect push up pads" for extra depth no rotation though just neutral grip
Ab Wheel Kneeling Rollouts
Tibialis Raises
Jumping Jacks with trunk rotation( hips face forward upper body turned left and right respectively for some reps, I do this almost every time I do jumping jacks anymore)
Bent Over DB Pendlay Rows both arms same time
Ab Vacuums
A little jamming and dancing with the pups again haha
A little bit of full-body stretching at the end, here the beat I keep dancing to. It's just so happy sounding I can't help but move and dance to it

Good morning bud hope all is well and going good well gonna start back to f Monday after my doctors appt this morning if she’s clears me if my concussion!!

Yesterday's workout was work and training with a client. Work consisted of tearing out old wooden shelves from a buddy's rental basement, moving an old fridge up and out as well. Had to sweep and shovel all the dust, dirt, and junk out once the basement was empty. Training with my client involved mobility then a game of "tag". Something similar this but no boxing stance, and the goal was to avoid being tagged Smaller Later Easier - YouTube
It was fun and got us moving pretty fast paced once he understood the game.
Rest day today, feeling sore from accumulated fatigue, and need to increase food intake as my weight has been dropping the past few weeks.

Some wht better I’m gonna got I the gym here in a little while and work arms and do a little cardio then come home and set on my ass all day lol I’m off work till Monday after my appt yesterday she took me off work till Monday and said she’d rather me not be driving slot right now

Yesterday evenings workout was lower body
Yoga and mobility to warm up
Tibialis Raises
Calf Raises
Squat to Calf Raises
Bosu ball hip adduction
DB RDLs
Nordic Lying Leg Curls
Belt Squats
Various mobility exercises mixed in
DC style stretching after most sets. My legs were pumped as all get out by the end.
