Despite whether I'm good or bad at it running has always been enjoyable to me. It's a nice mental break

Todays workout started with a stretching session then rolled into
Bosu ball hip adduction
Various stance KB squats
Band Tricep Pushdowns
Seated Incline bench curls
DC style stretching after final sets.
I weighed myself today for the first time in a while, 214 and I'd say I'm getting back close to size as when I was on gear just less of that pop. I believe I'm 8-9months off a 3 year B&C.

Work ran long the past 2 days so just stretching those days.
This evening's workout was just cardio 3.4mile run.

This evening's workout started with a yoga/stretching session rolled into 2 sets of kneeling ab wheel rollouts then 3 rounds of pull/chin ups, dips, run .6mile(1.8 miles total).

Todays workout started with a good stretching session then hit arms and shoulders
Band Tricep Pushdowns
DB Curls
DB lateral raises
Kneeling DB OH Presses
DB Posterior Shoulder flyes various angles
Hands elevated upper pec focused push ups
1 Arm Band Crucifix Curls
Band and DB rotator cuff exercises
DC style stretching after final sets
