      This evening's workout started with a good yoga and mobility session, 10min on the Rogue Echo Bike covered 2.8miles.
      Calves, quads, and lats

      Tibialis Raises barefoot feet 2ft from Wall x15, x12

      Hack Squat Calf Raises 140lbs x12, x12, 90lbs x17

      Machine Hip Adduction 160lbs x20

      BW deep lunges x10ea, x10ea

      Strive machine seated chest supported low Rows 13plates x14, x12

      Nautilus machine lat pullovers 170lbs x9, 150lbs x11

      Leg Press 320lbs mid stance x10, wide stance x14

      Strive machine leg ext 13plates x21 last rep negative

      DC style stretching after final sets

      How u liking yoga brother? I used to do it often and miss it. It’s highly underrated. I’ve been practicing mindfulness and mediation. Definitely need to do more of it and incorporate yoga back into my routine. Good for the body and mind. And is hard af haha

      Too many times we neglect even the simplest things that can have the biggest impacts.

      Yoga has been a staple for years now, I use it to work out chronic knots and minor injuries. It's adding a lot of longevity to life and training.
