Today's macros, total calories was 5370. By midnight I should still be ahead in calories by maybe 1-200

Felt sluggish today, didn't get to bed until 5am because work went late. Still tried my beat to hammer on lats, tris, bis, delts, rear delt/traps, and hamstrings.

To day was a fluff and pump day. Hammered on calves, abs, traps, bis and tris, then ran a little on the treadmill. I think my arms might actually be growing, praise Jesus and all his miracles!

Oh and I apologize for the log being so bland lately. But with night shift and working 10s I don't have the energy or enthusiasm to be creative and entertaining. Things will pick back up after this outage is done and I'm back home.

So its been a few days, I just haven't been feeling great. Work has reached a part of the job that requires my full attention to detail for the whole 10hr shift so mentally I'm just drained. I dropped my carbs way down for a day and half to resensitize to the carbs a bit. They're back up again starting this morning. Keep getting some brothers and sisters.

Today was a cardio day row machine sprints, battle ropes, run on treadmill. I was drenched in sweat by the end. Cooled down doing some seep deep stretching.

Been chugging along, hit the gym yesterday and today. I need to rest up tonight so I can hit arms hard tomorrow. Calories are still in a surplus, feel good except for messed up sleep schedule but I'll manage regardless.
