Hit legs today, back/shoulders yesterday, and chest/arms/calves Monday. My appetite is down shop calories have dropped the past few days. Will be doing a day or 2 fast the end of this week, then changing up the diet afterwards to lower carbs and more whole foods and veggies again with higher protein and fats

Made it home and just as Max said I had a BBQ on the charcoal grill. I was only jone a day and half, I'm currently sitting at my gate in the airport to fly to the next job in Minnesota. There's a gym right by the hotel.....dont worry I checked twice haha.

Had to fly and drive to the new jobsite today. Hit some cardio on the elliptical at the hotel. Tomorrow I will go to the anytime fitness down the road. Thinking of hitting heavy compound lifts for a change for a couple weeks.

Today was the first day of heavy compound lifts. I had to do full body since I lost the chance to go to the gym yesterday. I will do an upper/lower split 4 days a week and cardio on the rest of the days.

Today's workout all rest periods between sets were kept to 1 minute. BB Squat 225 3x5, Iso-lateral Incline Press Machine 80each side 3x8 super set w/ 1arm Shrugs 90 3x12, BB RDL 225x5 the 275 2x3 super set with BW Chin Ups x8 x6 x6, machine preacher curls 3x10 super set with Cable OH Skullcrushers 4x10. Hit the tanning bed for a few minutes then got some groceries for the hotel room. Now its nap time before work tonight.

I have been Haha. Yeah the gym is a must, I call the hotels ahead and ask where the closest gym is, been lucky that both have had free membership to anytime fitness usually less than a mile away
