Hit the wheels today felt good the whole time, I changed things up a little and didn't focus on squats today but other exercises it was a nice change of pace. Lifts included:
Ground Base Squat Machine(basically a trap bar deadlift machine) 550 2x3 then 590 3x3, DB Lunges 55s 3x5each leg, seated calf raises 90 3x14 super set with leg extensions 180x12 then 200 3x8, lying leg curl 150 4x6 super set with leg press calf raises 400 3x12, got a big pump in bis and tris and got out. Legs are going to be sore tomorrow I can tell haha

Today was a short cardio day elliptical for 15min HIIT style.

I was pressed for time today so I didn't keep track of my weights but I hit full body since I'll be flying tomorrow and won't have access to a gym. The weights were heavy and I kept everything in the 5-8 rep range. All in all a good workout at a fast pace. Sorry I dont have more for y'all.

I lied I found a gym as soon as I got to the hotel in Wyoming. Guy has a garage gym and takes donations, his place is decked out he has everything plus some strongman equipment, pretty badass honestly. I hit heavy squats, bis and tris, pull ups, and some light DB OH presses. Tomorrow will be cardio. My boss laughed when I told him I found a gym not even a half hour after I got into town, what can i say i like to pick things up and put them down haha.

Cardio today row machine sprints 20 cals at a time(about a minute of all out work) 5 sets, then some rotator cuff work and ended with the elliptical. Total time was 35min and heartrate was high.
