      My thoughts?

Another fucking label that sets people up for failure.

Learn nutrition and set your own path.

I love steak, but any very restrictive diet, whether carnivore, raw vegan, or ketogenic etc is going to show short term benefits simply because of what ur not eating, like processed foods and other crap, in my opinion these types of diets will lead to longterm nutrient deficiencies, and lead to big problems, I second the middle way

Not a very encompassing diet. Moderation is a vital part of all diets.

I would say if you're going to to do it die hard you better start hunting, and raising your own chickens cows and pigs so you know the nutrition content in the meat you're eating. Store bought meat isn't reliable.
