I find this picture funny AF ! At 265 lbs I didn't think I was that Fat....lol
The other picture is from a Month ago.
5'11 216 lbs
cheap amazon scale says 16% bf.
as of today..... 100mg Test cyp
100mg DECA
50mg TBOL
I have tried 300mg TEST but I have very oily skin and got Bad ACNE fast ....FUCK !.... LOL So accutane is prob in my Future.
All in All I'm 44 and Feel better today than I have in 20 yrs. I am hitting it Hard for me at least lol ...This is a LOG to keep me in Check and Learn from any others that may have Good Advice....Thanks in Advance for any tips and encouragement .

Took a Much Needed Rest Day and Felt Strong Today " for Me lol " ..... Shoulders with Cables, Curls & Lat Pull downs until I forgot how Many Reps... I made my self Leave after 2 hrs... Damn I Feel Good.
