I just got some solid advice right now from a friend who's as old is the oldest rock you could ever find. Well not that old but a few years more then me. And twice as ugly.

I'm going to kind of give you a rundown but then I'm going to put it into my own words...you know because I'm BGT

So I go on to explain my elbow and how it's really hindering me and keeping me from reaching my goals. And basically he said don't worry about that. Stick to some basic moves that don't involve your elbow as much like deadlifts squats and chest. And if you do have to use your elbow do a 3/4 move with that.

Okay I'm going to put this in my own words because I think it goes with more than just my f****** elbow I think it goes with life in general or whatever you're up against

Quit worrying about what you can't do and worry about what you can.

Now listen to that...that basically sounds like s*** we already know doesn't it. But it's amazing how no matter how smart we are we forget basic shit

I'm going to do exactly what he says I'm going to wrap this fucken thing up tight and I'm going to go in and I'm going to do what I can do. And I'm going to quit whining about it. At least until the next time I whine.

And if my wife doesn't come home soon I'm going to find a new one. She knows the rules I'm not allowed to be left alone.

Ive been eating like a horse today. In the ridiculous thing is I'm still hungry I'm practically starving. I must have everything balance just right
