its not completely blonde. I'm naturally too dark to actually get that white blonde color and my roots are still dark brown. I do what's called balayage Technique.

And the gravy is tomato soup with seasonings

After this I'll wait a little while and then go workout

What the hell let's make this a real log today with a workout routine I just did
Plus it was a little different and a lot less weight with higher reps so it was a bit odd

Seated dips- 3 sets 20 reps
Seated rear shoulder press- 10 sets 15 reps
Seated front shoulder press- 5 sets 10 reps
Rear pull downs- 4 sets 10 reps

And I played around with triceps for a minute

The idea here was to go light weight High Reps squeezing the muscle but not straining my elbow too much. I'd rather go in there and do what I can do than sit at home and talk about what I can't do. The oral steroids the doctor gave me forget what they're called seem to already be working. But I know I am just masking the problem so I still need to wrap up my elbow very tight and be considerate

I hate working nights..
