If anyone wants to know what's BGT on...
NPP 300mg
TEST 500mg
ANAVAR
PROVIRON
AROMASIN 12.5 once a week by feel
I may drop the anavar and replace with sdrol while I'm still early on and push to put on some weight now that I'm working around my injury

I did switch to Sdrol

Seated dip machine - 10 sets
Tricep ropes - 6 sets
Tricep cable kickbacks - 6 sets each
Cable curls - 6 sets
Lunch
Baked potato cheese chicken
