If anybody puts oats in their shake for the blender I'll tell you how I do it. Okay so you notice if you put protein or milk and a blender it gets foamy and grows. So what I do is first I put my water and oats in a blender and I blend the hell out of it. You don't want your outside sitting at the bottom so you have to blend them real good so they suspend . Adding frozen fruit or fresh banana will also help them suspend . Then I open it back up and either put more water or milk or whatever you do whatever you put in it and my protein then I only have to blend it for a second

I'm still alive.
About to go work out.
Got my BPC157 TB500 plus bac water and slin pins on the way. Then I suspect this log will be more active. Untill then I'm just doggy paddling in the deep end. Soon I will be the ocean

Thanks for the tip. I add oats to my shake all the time then just slam it down. This sounds more appetizing I'll give it a go today.
