      Idk man..
      My elbow feels better ...like a lot better today. But I only have 1 more shot to do. If I cld afford it I'd do another kit.

      I can't even look at my arms.
      Seriously so much size gone.
      I'm increasing my calories starting to workout again and hopefully I don't have to kill myself. I can avoid that by not looking in the mirror. I wish it was winter time so I can wear a hoodie. But it's too damn hot.

      Just a f*****- mirror you haven't lost nothing up them calories do some pre-workout and get your motherfuking ass in the gym

      I did 1000's in my life lol...no more please.
      I used to do about 300 a night and 500 sit ups a night when I was 13... Yes that young.. I had a good little six pack

      Test 500
      NPP 150 for joints only
      Tren under 200
      Mast? Thinking mg

      Maybe some Anavar

      Mast e? 300mg to start, and up to 500mg seems to work well when combined w your stated cycle.
