First off, i gotta say it sure is nice to be back on our old stomping grounds! Missed BoP so much, i didn't know what to do. A huge thanks to Pain & dwbo & anyone else responsible for getting us back on track.
Speaking of back on track, i wanted to get this log up & going to document the remainder of this cycle.
I was fortunate enough to be approved to run a log fully sponsored by our guys at PCT just before the board went down. So, thank u to Teej, Ben & the guys! I'm very grateful for your trust & the great gear I've been sent to run.
Not knowing if/when BoP would be back up, i began the cycle while it was down & am on week 5 of a 10 week bulk. I'm running deca/450, test e/600, sdrol 20 & 6iu. Pin days are Tue & Fri using deca 300 & test e 300. I began the sdrol at 10mg, am at 20 now so it'll go 6wks. I'll finish the remaining 4wks with PCT winstrol 10 @ 50mg.
I also want to give a huge shout out to our man Max! The dude has laid out an incredible workout routine & diet plan for me out of the shear goodness of his heart, as i know he does for so many of us. So, thx brother Max!
I'll be posting each workout day, providing some food porn & hopefully continuing to grow. I'm currently at 6' 218 but am noticeably thicker than usual. I stay fairly lean & have never ran deca so I'm super excited about the possibility of growing.
I hope to see my brothers swing by & comment on what they're liking, hating, want more/less of, etc. Again, thx to PCT (Teej, Ben, et al) & Max & anyone else i may be forgetting. Nice being back, bros!
