It was happening to often so I bought a pill box for every day of the week... no fucking up anymore

I have 2 of them one green, one blue. It helps
a lot just preloading them every Sunday. Vitamins in one and Supps in the other (am/pm)

I had to do the same thing, the older I get the less I remember. (Ill wash my hair twice in the shower sometimes because I cant remember if I did or not.) :-)
