So took Friday off from the gym went in and hit legs today.
leg workout was much improved compared to 2 wks ago, right hamstring is still not 100% though. Again all leading back to the lower back issue at the beginning of this.
also just for fun today at the end of training I was feeling really pumped!!!
Havent bench pressed 315 in a long time... Been building back up to it lately and decided i had to hit it once today. God I love test !!! That extra "fuck it" gonna do it feeling

Played around for a minute yesterday after leg workout hitting 315 on bench.
normally would try and have a days chest after legs from the gym but not the case this week.
also the scale was friendly this morning weighing me in at 207 so continuing to gain. We bought a pair of BF% calipers...I know there not the most accurate lol ..pegged me at 9.4%..
this week has been a wild one regarding work so time has been limited on the boards and in general but still squeezing training in, eating schedule has been altered drastically this past week fuckin suxs feel a lack of energy the last day or so
