      So took Friday off from the gym went in and hit legs today.

      leg workout was much improved compared to 2 wks ago, right hamstring is still not 100% though. Again all leading back to the lower back issue at the beginning of this.

      also just for fun today at the end of training I was feeling really pumped!!!
      Havent bench pressed 315 in a long time... Been building back up to it lately and decided i had to hit it once today. God I love test !!! That extra "fuck it" gonna do it feeling

      So gym time is not an option tomorrow so went in an hit chest and tris today.

      6:00-7scrambled eggs, pancakes, strawberries, bowl of shredded wheat also
      8:30-2 scoop protein shake, pb sandwich on wheat bread.

      normally would try and have a days chest after legs from the gym but not the case this week.
      also the scale was friendly this morning weighing me in at 207 so continuing to gain. We bought a pair of BF% calipers...I know there not the most accurate lol ..pegged me at 9.4%..
