      Me:
      37yo
      263lbs
      250mg test c every Friday
      25mg Cialis every morning
      Multi, fish oil etc.
Starting Father's day I'll be adding 75mg avavar daily

      Mrs:
      36yo
      153.8lbs
      1iu HGH every night
      Multi, fish oil etc.
Starting Father's day she'll add 15mg Anavar daily

I work for a fracking company so I put in an average of 50 hours a week. She works retail so her hours and days are never the same. On top of that we have 2 boys in baseball one of which made all stars. So with work and practice gym time is hard to come by. We are gonna shoot for a 3 day push pull legs focusing on heavy bench deadlift and squat. The other 4 days will consist of cardio and abs.

We don't like the word diet so we are going to watch what we eat and our portion sizes. I've done the low carb thing before but that was before this physically demanding job I have and couldn't do it now and she likes food...alot.

Any feedback, tips, recipes or routines is greatly appreciated and welcome.
For whsts it’s worth you should have some sort of structured meal plans, foods you’re gonna eat. Your goal is 70% + diet

      Quick update...
Been busy with all-stars but that's done. She also had a trial spinal cord stimulator put in and removed which killed a week and a half. Good thing is it helped her knee so after Florida she's getting a permanent put in. Bad news is she'll be down 6-8 weeks for recovery. Lotta walking on the treadmill for her.

We hit legs tonight. Didn't record the workout but there were definitely more steps going to our bedroom tonight than this morning. Felt good to get back at it. Chest tomorrow.

Keep it up man. Not to be rude but you're going to need to come to terms with the word "diet". It's going to be much more influential in your transformation than the gear and the workouts. There's a ton of great info around here. I think you're on the right track though.

Coming from a "shitty" diet, it's really hard to go balls out and stick it out. Slowly eliminate the junk, the soda, and anything you know you shouldn't eat. Also, track your calories the best you can. That will keep you cognizant of what you're putting in your body. The game is all about consistency over days, months, years.

Only thing rude was mentioning the "D" word. Lol. All good man. I know I need to diet more. I can't make excuses for it. I'm just bad at it. I've got to figure out how to make stuff for us and stuff for the kids and be able to afford it all.

Not sure what your current habits are but if you're eating out a lot then it will be much cheaper and healthier to make your food at home. Just start out by making dinner and making sure you have enough for lunch the next day. Figure out some cheap breakfast ideas and you're set.

Start a google doc and copy/paste recipe links in there and try them out. If they are a keeper then move them to an "approved" section and start building a list of recipes. It just takes some dedication in the kitchen but you'll feel much better and should come out cheaper too.

Decided to try Mike O'Hearns Power Bodybuilding program on BodySpace. I like the idea and the workouts are fairly quick. Here's what we did.
