Last night back to the grind with a high volume leg workout:
Lying leg curls - 5 sets - 60lbs x 20, 75lbs x20, 100lbs x10, 130lbs x10, 130lbs x10
Squats - 6 sets - 135lbs x10, 185lbs x10, 225lbs x5, 275lbs x5, 315lbs x8, 315lbs x8
Machine hack Squats - 4 sets - 135lbs x20, 185lbs x20, 235lbs x10 5 second negative, 245lbs x10 5 second negative.
Reverse lunge TORTURE - See attachment
Barbell stiff legged deads - 3 sets - 95lbs x5, 135lbs x5, 145lbs x10 - All sets 3 seconds on the negative, pause for 1 second in stretch position, come up 4/5th of the way.
Standing calf raises - 6 sets - 135lbs x20, 185lbs x20, 225lbs x5, 225lbs x5, CLUSTER SET - 235 x10, 20 second rest, 235 x14 (failure), 20 second rest, 235lbs x12 (failure), Repeat cluster set.
After a week off, what a way to get back into it.
By the way, MrsBot works out like a man. She does everything I do (with less weight of course). She is a fucking beast!
