Leg day was a success!!
Today I squatted 185lbs for 10 reps 3 times!!
220lbs on Hack Squats and got up to 110lbs on leg curls...
So, I'm feeling like a pretty big deal right now...
Fun fact: I wore those little micro panties to the gym a few times and they were so comfy, until we did crunches on the floor. So, now I have a nice little place wore into the top of my tail bone that rubs on everything! Ouch, anyway...so I won't do that anymore.

Yes, that workout was VOLUME, VOLUME, and MORE VOLUME. Shits gonna hurt tomorrow. Cruise recovery is a lot more achy than blast recovery - for sure. We are still fucking killing it at the gym though. MrsBot brought the intensity tonight! I love it - so damn sexy!
