So today was rest day. We did however leave the house (somethin we don't usually do in Sunday. We went to a celebrate 6 years of sobriety with my sponsee! Feels good man.

Rack pulls - sets of 3 working up - 135lbs, 225lbs, 315lbs, 335lbs, then TEN SINGLE REPS w/ 10 second breaks at 335lbs.
Lat pulldowns - 4 sets to failure at 225lbs - x10, x9, x9, x7
Straight arm lat pulldowns - 4 sets of 10 at 130lbs
Standing chest pulls - 4 sets of 10 at 100lbs
Sit ups - 4 sets to failure - x35, x28, x23, x15
Decline leg raises - 2 sets to failure - x32, x27
Drag curls - 45lbs x6, 55lbs x8, 65lbs x8, 65lbs x8, Drop set - 65lbs x8, 55lbs x9, 45lbs x6
Brachioradialis curl (or as MrsBot calls them BROCHACHO curls ) - 4 sets of 10 at 25lbs.
The gym was packed, I about went postal on someone hoarding an EZ curl bar, and it took 1 hour and 50 minutes.

BROCHACHO curls - 4 sets of 10 at 15lbs.
Focusing on lower weight and higher reps for back since I've been able to grow it better than any other area on my body so far. Trying to let this ass catch up.
