This is why I do not have any friends! Lol little are so judgemental and the things they judge so not even make sense.

My wife has friends that are vegetarian and drink nothing but diet soda but weigh 400 pounds and they still think what they are doing is healthy and they have been doing it for years.

First off love the log, congrats you two. Mrs. Bot don't let those jealous bitches get under your skin. People are shallow and materialistic. Just like your hubby said going to the gym. it's something those insecure donut eating bitches don't do, so rather than conquering there own short comings they try to bring others Down. Most of those jealous bitches are probably taking pain killers and all sorts of shit that will kill them because a Dr told them to take it. At least gear, done sensibly, will better your life.

If ya don't already have one, the Instant Pot is the SHIT. I love mine. The 8 qt will fit 15-20 frozen chicken breasts, yes frozen, and cook them up fucking perfect in about 20 minutes!
