We FUCKING KILLED Legs tonight:
Seated leg curls - 2 warm-up sets of 12 at 100lbs, 4 sets of 8 at 165lbs
Squats - 2 warm-up sets of 10 at 135lbs and 185lbs, 4 sets of 5 at 315lbs
Hack Squats - 135lbs for 10, 225lbs for 6, 315lbs for 4 sets of 6, 3 second decent, explode up to 3/4 lockout
Leg extensions - 4 sets of 10 at 165lbs
Cable pull throughs - 4 sets of 10 at 90lbs
Abs and calves as listed in pic.
TOMORROW WE GET THIS PARTY STARTED FOR REAL!
Time to get serious, tighten up the macros, fire up the ol' MyFitnessPal app, and put in work!

I did 185lbs for the squats
We had a lot of fun with the cable pull throughs, neither of us had done them before.
And while we were there, I added 3 sets of weighted cable side kicks for side booty. Idk what they're called... Never done those before either, but I'll be adding them to my legs days from now on! [emoji3590]

ME: 250mg Sust, 300mg EQ, 100mg NPP, 75mg Tbol (split am/pm)
MrsBot: 20 mg VAR (split am/pm), 50mg NPP
I pin her, she pinned me. A fuckin 2.5ml shot in the glute - flawless! MrsBot is a fucking nurse!
We are heading to knock out chest, shoulders, and triceps after which we will update the log with start pics, blast goals, and all the other details.

Today was chest, shoulders, and triceps:
Flat Dumbell Press - 8 sets - 30lbs for 20, 40lbs for 15, 55lbs for 6, 65lbs for 4, 75lbs for 8 x 4 sets.
Machine Press - 4 sets of 8 with pause and flex at top of every rep. 170lbs
Pec minor dips - 4 sets to failure - 28, 25, 21, 16
Stretch Pushups - 4 sets to failure - 32, 24, 20, 17
Seated dumbell side laterals - 4 sets of 10 at 30lbs
Bent over dumbell swings - 4 sets of 20 at 45lbs
Cage press - 2 sets of 10 at 115lbs
Pin press - 4 sets of 6 at 185lbs
Dual handle cable push downs - 4 sets of 10 with iso hold on last rep of each set. 135lbs
Felt strong as hell today!
