This is what I did today!
Flat Dumbell Press - 8 sets - 15lbs for 20, 20lbs for 15, 25lbs for 6, 6+30lbs for 4, 35lbs for 8 x 4 sets.
Machine Press - 4 sets of 8 with pause and flex at top of every rep. 80lbs
Pec minor dips - 4 sets to failure - I don't even know max was 20
Stretch Pushups - 4 sets to failure - 25, 15, 16, 10
Seated dumbell side laterals - 4 sets of 10 at 15lbs
Bent over dumbell swings - 4 sets of 20 at 25lbs
Cage press - 2 sets of 10 at 75lbs
Pin press - 4 sets of 6 at 95lbs
Dual handle cable push downs - 4 sets of 10 with iso hold on last rep of each set. 25lbs
