Leg day!!
Lying leg curls 7 sets
45lbs x 20
55lbs x 15
75lbs x 10
4 sets 100lbs x 8
Last one with 15 partials + iso hold for 15 sec
Leg Press 7 sets
I started with 1 plate and worked my way to 4
1 plate x 15
2 plates x 10
3 plates x 8
4 sets, 4 plates x 7 reps
Bulgarian Split Squats
25lbs x 5
35lbs x 8
3 sets w/ 45lbs x 8
Last set w/ 10 partials
Leg extensions
85lbs x 10
3 sets w/ 100lbs
Last set w/ 10 partials + 10 sec hold
Cable pull throughs
2 sets w/ 35lbs x 10
2 sets w/ 42.5 x 10
Then calves, I didn't keep up with my weights on either. Max on standing calve raises is 175
and seated calve raises I did 100lbs across the board.
I honestly felt like I could keep going today. NPP is making my joints smooth like butter, I didn't even need my knee brace thingys today.

Tonight was chest, shoulders, and triceps. My strength is climbing quickly. Shit felt great tonight. As for MrsBot - she was straight Killin it! I think she set a couple of PR's. I absolutely love when she is feeling it like that!
