Sat & Sun are off days!!
Today we're on the soccer field, kicking off the season.
Nothing like watching my kid come into his own and having more confidence in his sport.

We won both games today!! Our boy kicked in a goal right at the end of the second game.

Would the onion rings not be eaten if Theres no boner ?
Just bc i would want some too but im not eating them off a hard dick
i prefer mine on a plate with maybe hot sauce and ketchup mixed together

Good day back!!
Feeling strong. The 1st day of the workout was supposed to be back, but we switched it and did chest since we just hit back a few days ago.
Here's to a new journey! Thank goodness Monday is almost over though.

Last night was legzzz...
Lying leg curl
I worked my way up from 45lbs to 100lbs
Barbell Squats
Worked up to 185lbs on these.
Leg Press
Started with one plate on each side worked up to 295lbs (I think not including the weight of the carriage)
Not having to wear knee braces because of the NPP!! 
Bulgarian Death Set
90 seconds is the same as a million years, fyi.
Stiff legged deads
115lbs max
Calves
Maxed out at 175 using the machine.

Today is rest day.
I'm going tonight as a guest speaker at a meeting.
These things make me so nervous, once I get up there and start talking I'm fine but it's not about me. It's about helping others by sharing my experiences, strength and hope for the person who might be struggling.
