I watched a girl I knew transform on IG... Brittany Carbone, Now she’s a fitness model and shares everyday gratitude and how lucky she is and what enlightenment has done for her... about her physical, mental and spiritual journey... she was a pretty big girl I remember... not anymore... now she goes on stage and is a bad ass... like what a journey... trust me when I say, the gossip and shit talk runs rampant the more successful she becomes... it’s sad really... if you dig that transparency and maybe like the stuff she writes daily, maybe you could relate as a woman and get something from her. Sometimes I’ll actually log into that app and read up.
So just tune out KFUK radio in your head and work on silencing those toxic wakes of negativity... you’re a bad ass. Keep crushing it!
