Meditation anyone? I'm making an honest effort to start meditating again and I have a friend who turned me onto Michael Sealey.
I tried one for sleep and positivity last night and it was great.
There's lots of different ones for different things but I chose this one to share with y'all.

Gym for us was sporadic this week but we still got it in. Taking a walk tonight with the dogs to add to it.
I also did hip abductions 4 sets of 30
170 - 205 lbs

Start meditating again so you’ve done it before? It’s like riding a bike you’ll remember and it’ll be quick. I learned meditation from Donahue or Geraldo one of them talk shows Wayback in the 80s and I practiced and practiced till I learned. Now can meditate anywhere, well except in the gym of course. It’s essential and I recommend it to everybody!

Meditation is next level....
If you have a trustworthy hypnotists in your area, I would highly recommend going to one for a live session, guided meditation... have them put in cool little things to help you out... I had drinking water calms me down added into mine... probably why I ended up drinking so much water all the time lol... but there is a calming effect that drinking water gives me. Even when I’m in hyper manic mode... I use to listen to that guided meditation every night before bed... never once made it through it lol... not even at the live session... but you can add in like touches to the back of your neck, rubbing your fingers through your hair, drinking water, rubbing ear lobe etc... it’s better than meds imo ;0)
That’s why I love the Forest. No guidance needed... I instantly am able to tune out the voices and tune out KFUK radio in my head and it’s like someone turned on the music of nature.. all I can hear and process is running rivers, animals, leaves and trees moving.. clicking noises of spiders... just nature... free from self. Completely. Meditation is awesome imo.

I've never achieved true meditation and if I have, it's not something I can conjure up anytime. I have practiced it quite a bit, but never seem to get out of it what I'm looking for, whatever that is. I'll know when I find it.
I may look into guided meditation!
I'm the type of person who enjoys reflection, complete silence is beautiful to me. I love loosing myself in tasks and usually don't even think to add any background noise.
It would be so nice to be able to have this to rely on in an instant if needed. Maybe, I kinda already do it in my own weird way, lol.
I've noticed that along with becoming stronger that my temper flares up quicker and I'm less docile, (assertive/aggressive) and with this I also have more negatively based thinking that I extremely dislike.

You know I am all about guided, transcendental , and sleep meditation. It is so beneficial, especially with all the outside stressors. Glad to hear others are using it!

Happy Sunday y'all!!
Slept in, had some sexy time, now we're getting ready to head to our waxing appointments and go take the daughter out to dinner.
I did a sleep meditation last night and I wasn't thinking it would do much but I woke up feeling super rested and positive feeling so... I guess it worked.
