Happy Saturday fuckers! Last night was an off night and we are resting this weekend since we have so much shit to do.
Last night was cool though. Went to a high school football game. Our youngest daughter is on the dance team.

Holy Fucking Anorexia Batman...
Mr. Bot sent this to me the other day and I'm just beside myself looking at how tiny I used to be. Most girls would wish for that physique. Not me! This was a few years sober, probably 110lbs. Imagine what I was a few years before this all strung out and shit!
It's absolutely incredible what 40lbs of muscle has done for my physique, my mental health, and my self confidence. Just about every person I come into contact with says something and I get so pissed thinking "if it was fat no one would be saying a damn thing" but on the other hand everyone my whole life remembers me this way... So, they're probably just shocked.
Anyway, we're hitting legs and glutes today. I'll be pushing extra hard thinking about this picture where I have no ass.
