Got an oil change (donated blood) today. Always feels good after. No gym tonight. Me and the Mrs are going to a meeting where several people we know are celebrating sober birthdays and the owner of the company I work for is speaking.

Y'all know how to make a girl feel real special!!

Tonight is chest and I'm honestly debating with myself on whether I should go or not. I've been sick since the weekend. And when I'm sick, literally nothing changes. I grind harder and try to forget about it but today I feel like death. I went this morning and got a hardcore antihistamine and some espresso because I had a hell of a work day to get through. But now I'm just sitting here with a runny nose (stupid meds not working) and swollen watery eyes like fuck...

Anyway, we'll see...may just suck it up like I usually do.
