Killed back, bis and abs!!
I'm thinking about ending my cycle with the end of this work out program! We just have thr rest of this week left for this one.
Also, I have a lot of experience with these John Meadow's programs since we've probably at a year doing them back to back, and a long with running gear... The results are incredible. But I'm getting bored. Trying to talk Bot into tweeking our own program with all the great things we've learned and do gym 4 days a week consistently for a bit.
Idk, just thinking out loud.
Later guys, hope everyone had a decent Monday.

Today is rest day but I did my first HIIT ever. I'm not well practiced on sprinting period like, I never run or jog. So, I did 10 minutes. 30 sec sprints and for "breaks", I did various ab exercises. 2 30 sec planks, 2 30 sec flutter kicks and 2 side 30 sec plank ass taps.
My best efforts put forth, but lord getting off and on a treadmill while it's still going was my first struggle, I didn't fall and honestly I'm surprised at that...
Now that I'm planning on taking a break from gear and I've reached 150lbs, I'm wanting to trim down a little and concentrate on getting abs. My thoughts are that if my belly was flatter, my butt would look even bigger!
Anyone have experience with HIIT? Any advice, tips, or tricks for a newbie?

if you’re in a warm climate area it might be easier to your sprints outside. Back when I used/ was able to run I would sprint max effort a min walk a min for a total of 10 mins. I never found a way to make it easier lol

Thanks Joko! We have a treadmill at home that makes it so much easier to do inside! I may get brave enough to start running around in the neighborhood, we'll see.
