Anyway, I pushed through it. No shortcuts, and I feel better for it. Today was one of those days that test us. I stood up to the test, and that feels good.

Hammer Strength machine rows - 55lbs x15, 55lbs x10, 100lbs x6, 160lbs x8, 160lbs x8, 160lbs x8, DROP SET - 160lbs x8, 130lbs x8, 100lbs x7
Supinated single arm pulldowns - 4 sets of 8 at 180lbs (90lbs per arm)
Low cable rows - 4 sets of 10 at 200lbs
Dumbell pullovers - 2 sets of 10 at 65 lbs, slow and emphasis on stretch.
Bodyweight hyperextentions - 3 sets of 20
Sit ups - 4 sets to failure - 35, 31, 26, 20
Decline leg raises - 3 sets to failure - 32, 27, 23
Cable curls with straight bar - 80lbs x6, 120lbs x8, 120lbs x8, 120lbs x8, DROP SET - 120lbs x8, 90lbs x8, 70lbs x6
Hammer curls - 4 sets of 10 at 35lbs, DROP SET 35lbs x10, 25lbs x10, 15lbs x7
