This is what I did today!
Flat Dumbell Press - 8 sets - 15lbs for 20, 20lbs for 15, 25lbs for 6, 6+30lbs for 4, 35lbs for 8 x 4 sets.
Machine Press - 4 sets of 8 with pause and flex at top of every rep. 80lbs
Pec minor dips - 4 sets to failure - I don't even know max was 20
Stretch Pushups - 4 sets to failure - 25, 15, 16, 10
Seated dumbell side laterals - 4 sets of 10 at 15lbs
Bent over dumbell swings - 4 sets of 20 at 25lbs
Cage press - 2 sets of 10 at 75lbs
Pin press - 4 sets of 6 at 95lbs
Dual handle cable push downs - 4 sets of 10 with iso hold on last rep of each set. 25lbs
Feeling great! Long, but awesome day. We'll post up pictures tomorrow!

Here we go! Let's blast off! For a few weeks we have been just logging randomness about our wonderful lives together sharing this journey - that won't change.
7 week cruise time is over and it is time for some gear!
Stats:
46 years young
5'8"
199lbs
Gear:
Dosage:
14 Weeks
-Weeks 1-4
Tbol 75 mg /day split am/pm
-Weeks 1-14:
Sustanon - 750mg / week - 250mg eod
NPP - 700mg / week - 100mg ed
EQ - 900mg / week - 300mg eod
Proviron - 50mg /day (may adjust up)
Nolva - 10mg / day
Arimidex - 1/4 mg e3d, eod, or Ed as needed
Caber - on hand
-Weeks 10-14:
Var - 80mg/day - split am/pm
Goal:
GET BIG!
I am starting at 199 lbs. KY goal is to do a clean bulk. I would like to SEE AT LEAST 210lbs by the end with minimal to no fat gain.
Diet:
I am gonna try to keep it around 3500 calories a day. Chicken breast, lean meats, broccoli, rice, protein shakes, oats, tuna, you know - the basics.
WORK:
We will be doing two 6 week John Meadows training programs, Project Collossus and Odin Force, with a two week deload in the middle.

Right now I've been at maintenance since last cycle. I've neither gained or lost weight at all, since my last 2 bulk cycles. This cycle I am not looking to gain anymore weight, but if I do, I'm completely fine with that.
I take the gym very seriously, I never miss unless I'm truly sick.
I'm wanting to tone up, I'm don't want to bulk up my upper half much at all so I'll not be lifting any heavier but will focus on lower body strength and focusing the heavier weight on that portion of my body. I do have strong hip dips so I'll be bulking up my side booty to lessen the appearance of them, along with my journey for a larger ass end.
I'm not going to lie, I need to tighten up on my food a bit. Bulking, I ate just about anything I wanted to but would like to have better abs by the end of this cycle.
I'm diligent with logging and have run 2 other cycles previously to this both were logged and available to find on BOP.
