I was just fat and lazy-- ate like shit
slept al fucked up w scheduling
Worked out but erratically and with no goal in mind -- ya kno? Just like randomly doing exercises and shit
Deciding to use gear was a huge decision
It made me
1) take health and exercise more seriously --way more --i wrote out workout plans and diets and kept notes of everything i did
2) maximized gains from hard work -- so i didnt run gear and then sit around-- i ran gear and then busted my fucking ass in the gym and in the kitchen
3) shifted my perspective from like straight indulgement to like functional eating and operational dieting -- like whats best fuel for my body ? NOT --what tastes awesome and is fatty as hell
it was a huge move -- its a process als0 --it continues to develop and grow the more i focus on it and learn-- i am my no means an expert but-- i feel i have a very solid understanding of nutrition and exercise modes and -VERY GOOD understanding of gear and how to use it properly and not just run 1500 mg tren and test and like aimlessly lift and randomly eat stuff
its all calculated and planned out
