I’d literally just tell them that truth. That’s you and your mans together activity you do as a couple. To sharpen your skills to motivate, encourage and challenge each other. While practicing effective communication while under stress, creating a tighter bond through teamwork....
BUT, You’d be happy to help them dial in a program (just copy and paste the MD programs you’re doing lol) to help them get started. ;0)

Thanks everybody for the get well thoughts and prayers. I am feeling like I am on the mend. Still not 100%, but good enough to hit legs tonight. Felt good.
