Back is fine now.
Just done pinning left chest. Smooth perfect jab.

Trained in ghetto gym drive away from my house yesterday and today. Signed up for membership.

Back - yesterday
Damnn loved doing one arm rows with 32.5KG dumbbells! That's like half my bodyweight lolz.
Was so funny when I picked them up from the rack and took them to my bench.
Back is sore after so long.

Quads - today
Today was quads. Suppose to do hack squats and one leg leg press.
Fuck their hack squat machine is abit rusty and spoil. At the bottom it's hard to push back up due to rust.
Seriously it's mother fucking hard to find proper gym in these country.
Leg workout today was just "so so".
Disappointed.


Physique
I'm noticing a slow steady re-comping effect on my physique.


No pumps
No E2 sides
No aggression/oily skin
No change in libido.
