Slight change in the menu deer steak cut into tips and cooked in brown rice, quinoa, onion, garlic, with seasonings. It's some 1 skillet meal my dad have to me, he said they didn't like the brown rice and quinoa....I'll take it haha.
I agree wild game is superior when it comes to nutrition, better omega fatty acid profile, typically leaner, more protein per serving, and it's more humane compared to these Walmart slaughter farms.

I actually like venison heart sliced super thin w teriyaki and black pepper, seared over coals for 30 sec per side. Soo delicious!
