Well kayaking turned into me swimming the whole time and the dogs riding in the kayak haha. I am going to be in a deficit today because I'm guessing I burnt around 5500 calories by bedtime which is real soon cause I'm beat.
Not sure what I did yesterday but my right palm is swollen sore, it's hard to grip things. Thinking of how to train around this today. We will see.
Well it wasnt the best workout but I got a lot of sets in in a shorter time than usual.
Narrow Grip TBar Row with 2 45s on the bar 4 sets of x20
Straight Arm Lat Pulldowns 2 sets of x25
Cable OH Skullcrushers 4 sets of x16-x12
Rear Delt Flies using the green heavy theraband 4sets of x25. These were superset with the OH Skullcrushers.
BW Leg Curls with 20lb vest on 3sets of x16
Stomach vacuums
The whole workout took 40 min so my rest periods were short and I kept the pump going using a little bit lighter weights to spare my grip. Feeling better now that I got a workout in. GET SOME!
In about a 1500 calorie surplus today. Didn't do much today outside of my workout and we had jambalaya for dinner which I couldn't stop eating. Well call it even for yesterday's large calorie deficit(which had my stomach nice and flat for a change).
Jambalaya, Etouffee, Beignets, Cafe Au Lait, Deep fried BoudinBalls, Muffalettas and Cajun Sausage! I love all that!!
