Weighed in at 225.6 this morning, steady climbing.
No training today we ate going to buy a truck and I have to get my laborers union card to work when I'm not out of town.
My arms need a break anyhow they're pretty sore from the BFR training yesterday.

So today was my first day working for the laborers union, I was laboring for block layers. As of 4:15pm I've burnt 5330 calories, yes I got ice cream on the way home lol. Going to chill get some more calories in and dip in the river then lift in a bit. My lower back is fucking tight, might need to adjust the workout accordingly.
