So my diet and macros were good until I went to a birthday party for a family friend. No big deal I had the usual hotdogs, fried chicken, salad, chips and dip, cake and cupcakes, etc. So I'm guessing I'm in a surplus and got in plenty of protein today. Back to normal tomorrow. I will take my evening dose of SD when I get home then head to head gotta lay brick with my dad again tomorrow.

Hardly, he wont let me lay any brick says I'll mess it up. I said it cant be any worse than my older brother is doing haha. Oh well I do what I can to help.

Not lifts today just labored for dad and went to the river when I got home. Total calories today was 4630 which is a very small surplus for the day.

Today MrsMcc and I had chores to do around the house and grocery shopping. Got home and got in a quick workout so we can still eat dinner before ita too late. Lifts included

Calf Raises w/ 40lb DBs x22,x15,x12

DB Curls w/ 40s x6,x4,x4,x3
Cable OH Skullcrushers 6plates x11,x7,x5
My arms were already tanked by the time I did isolation work so my reps weren't that high but the pump was good.
