Back to laboring for the blocklayers, diet is back on point. Looking to cut a fee pounds of fat these next 3 weeks leading to my brothers wedding.
The flu I had is mostly kicked, feeling much better. Had my brothers bachelor party this past weekend, good times lots of beer and pot cookies haha.
Back to my discipline self though and it feels good.
Got home and hit it hard and fast. Worked back, hamstrings, and shoulders. High reps, pump to failure for 3 or 4 sets per body part. Not going heavy since I'm sore from not being in working shape.

Sorry for the lack of posts the past 2 days. Diet still good, trained chest, quads, calves yesterday. Today was cardio bis and tris. All high rep pumps to failure 3 or 4 sets each exercise. Getting exhausted, I'm not used to burning 6-7000 calories a day while only taking in 3500-4500. I feel better throughout the day since I'm not bloated up with food, but at night I crash hard. Have get in rhythm again.
