Last night was a rest day, wife and I went to the fair the next town over.
Daily gratitude, my wife for bringing me back reality when I can't get my mind right.

I'm going to when I get home, I decided to fast at work today to burn off the junk food from last night. I'll eat after work then train tonight should be back, shoulders, and quads.

Got in back and shoulders, lower back was too tight do squats. I'll sleep on it and hopefully tomorrow I can hit some squats.

Sorry I'm late to the reunion party everyone. I missed this place. Well my cycle came to an end about 5 weeks ago. Starting PCT with a shot of HCG tonight. So far I've kept all my gains from the cycle. My heaviest was 227lbs, been staying at 225 pretty consistently. The past month or 2 has been fucked training wise, but I'm back at it now working out in the mornings before work for 2 weeks straight. Had lots of life events the past month, 1 year anniversary of the wife and I being married, beat man for my brothers wedding, working with a realtor to find a house soon, etc. Man it's good to be back here with yall.

Today was a cardio day, ran stairs for 25min. I will most likely be closing this thread down and posting on my daily log again since my cycle is done.
