      My family sees how much I eat and say, "how the hell arent you huge and bellied over"?

      They don't see the workouts, bike rides, and playing with the dogs throughout the day though. The gear helps too but only MrsMcc sees that.

      Stepped on the scale this morning, I'm sitting at 219.8. That puts me up around 9 pounds since the start of this cycle.

      Today's workout was easy today to aid recovery.

      20min of jump rope with 4 sets of Captains Chair Leg Raises and stomach vacuums tossed in. I also did a couple reps of pull ups, dips, and air squats to get blood moving and loosen things up, feeling great after.
