Yeah it is common i forget the reasoning behind it.scientificly..i only had couple bouts that lasted min or so when i was at 600pw....it very slow but youll get good vascularity...and increase apetite probably...but you wont see much the first 5 wks very slow compound...why lot of guys frontload it
