Today's workout was good, a little intense in the beginning with multiple compound movements in succession.

BB Back Squat 225lbs x8,x6,x4
RDLs 225lbs x11,x5,x4
BB Shrugs 225lbs x23,x14,x25
Lateral Raises 25s x16,x11,x6
Tricep Pushdowns 7plates x11,x5,x4

Was definitely sucking wind after the squats and RDLs. Post workout shake is shown below minus the grapefruit juice that was for my evening dose of SD.
