Pics from 8/18. Weight is 196. The lighting in these are shit for some reason and I look pretty bad in my opinion from not sleeping at all the night before. Gotta love arguments with your better half. [emoji849]

I cannot get a pump in the gym for shit right now. Very aggravating. Carbs are not that low yet, ~250 g. What could the issue be? Do I need to throw in some sodium?
I’m gonna list a bunch of things see if these ring check a box. You could be sleep deprived, are there carbs in your pre workout meal? What kind of carbs? How far after your meal are you training? Hydrated? It could be a sodium issue I usually end up raising my sodium the deeper I get into prep.
