5'9" Thank you brother! I'm really trying to keep my waist small and stomach nice and flat. My small waist is what got me interested in the classic bodybuilding class.

I cannot get a pump in the gym for shit right now. Very aggravating. Carbs are not that low yet, ~250 g. What could the issue be? Do I need to throw in some sodium?

It could be a multitude of things did it happen once, obviously not a big deal, or does it keep happening?

I’m gonna list a bunch of things see if these ring check a box. You could be sleep deprived, are there carbs in your pre workout meal? What kind of carbs? How far after your meal are you training? Hydrated? It could be a sodium issue I usually end up raising my sodium the deeper I get into prep.

Maybe a little sleep deprived. I eat jasmine rice 30 mins to an hour before my workout. I'm definitely hydrated.
